Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using ZunoX Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using ZunoX Cloud on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and current.
ZunoX Cloud is intended for users who can legally enter into a contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable use
Use ZunoX Cloud responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the service to:
- send spam, distribute malware, or conduct phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access;
- host content that infringes intellectual property or violates another person’s rights;
- attack, scan, or interfere with networks, systems, or services without authorization;
- mine cryptocurrency or run workloads that create unreasonable impact on shared resources; or
- resell or share access to your account without our written permission.
We may investigate suspected abuse and take action when needed to protect our users, infrastructure, or partners.
Plans, billing, and refunds
Paid plans renew on the billing interval shown at checkout. You authorize ZunoX Cloud or our payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account.
You can cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable for a billing period that has already started. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Service availability and your data
We work to keep ZunoX Cloud available and reliable, but the service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You give us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and ensuring your content is lawful.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ZunoX Cloud or cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully.
When an account ends, your right to use the service stops. We may retain limited information where required by law or our Privacy Policy. Please export anything you need before closing your account.
